- I'm using Novaterm to connect to a unix computer. The terminal
- emulation works fine, but downloads don't work at all. I start the
- download in the unix side (using sx/sb/sz for xmodem, ymodem, zmodem),
- and then I start it in the C64 side pressing C=D, the unix host gives
- up after sending 10 retransmissions of the same packet. Of course,
- I'm using the right protocol module in Novaterm for each case, and it
- isn't a problem of synch at the beginning of the transfer--simply the
- transfer won't proceed after that initial packet!
-
- It seems that Novaterm is not sending back the acks to the unix side.
- But the "send" light in the modem does light up briefly after
- receiving each data packet. Any ideas? This must be a Novaterm
- configuration problem...
-
- Thanks,
- Guillermo
